1. Service
Lexsentra provides automated regulatory QA, monitoring, technical evidence, regression detection and related workflow tools. Outputs are intended to support review and operational decision-making. They are not legal advice, regulator approval, accredited certification or a guarantee of compliance.
2. Authorized use
You may use Lexsentra only for websites, applications, brands, test environments and digital properties that you own, operate or are otherwise authorized to assess. You must not use the service to attack, disrupt, bypass access controls, obtain unauthorized data or test systems without appropriate permission.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, using appropriate access roles and promptly revoking access for people who should no longer use your workspace. You must not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
4. Customer data and evidence
You retain responsibility for the URLs, domains and other material you submit. You grant Lexsentra the limited right to process that material as necessary to provide the service, generate evidence, operate monitoring and troubleshoot the platform. You should not intentionally submit secret-bearing, authenticated or personal URLs.
5. Plans, quotas and billing
Paid plans may include limits based on monitored properties, scans, frequency, evidence retention or other usage dimensions. Payments are processed through Paddle. Taxes, invoices and supported payment methods may be handled by Paddle as the payment platform/merchant of record. Subscription changes and cancellations are reflected according to the applicable checkout and billing terms.
6. Free and beta features
Free, beta, preview and experimental functionality may have stricter limits, may change without notice and may be discontinued. We may restrict abusive or excessive usage to protect service availability.
7. Regulatory content
Regulatory sources, summaries, rule mappings and automated checks can change as law, regulator guidance and technical standards evolve. Lexsentra aims to retain source provenance and dates, but customers remain responsible for obtaining professional advice where a legal conclusion is required.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify the service to improve reliability, security, legal alignment or product functionality. Planned enterprise service levels, if any, will be governed by separate written terms. No general uptime SLA applies unless expressly agreed.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal requirements or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and may cancel recurring billing through the mechanisms made available in the product or by Paddle.
10. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy, mandatory law and any applicable Paddle buyer protections.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Automated findings may include false positives, false negatives or inconclusive results, especially where sites use dynamic interfaces, geo controls, authenticated journeys or anti-automation measures.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Lexsentra nor its operator is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on an automated finding. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Applicable law and mandatory rights
The service provider is established in Ukraine. Mandatory laws may apply depending on the customer, transaction and jurisdiction, and those mandatory rights are not limited by these Terms. A more specific negotiated governing-law clause may apply to enterprise agreements.
14. Contact
For support, contractual or legal questions, contact support@lexsentra.com. Billing records and receipts are also available through Paddle where applicable.
