1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the billing controls made available in Lexsentra or through the payment-management options provided by Paddle. Unless a refund or earlier termination applies, cancellation normally prevents future renewal while access continues through the already-paid billing period.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account the reason for the request, service usage, billing error, duplicate charge, service failure and any mandatory legal rights. Approval is not automatic merely because a subscription was used for less than a full billing period.
3. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same intended purchase, contact us or Paddle as soon as practical. Confirmed billing errors or duplicate charges will be corrected as appropriate.
4. Service failure
If a material platform failure prevents access to a paid service for a significant period and we cannot reasonably remedy it, we may provide a credit, extension or refund where appropriate. Enterprise service credits, if any, are governed by the applicable written agreement.
5. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If mandatory law requires a refund or withdrawal right in a particular situation, that law prevails.
6. Paddle
Paddle processes payments and may provide buyer-support and refund workflows connected to your transaction. Refunds approved through the applicable process are returned using the payment method and timing supported by Paddle and the underlying payment network.
7. Abuse
We may refuse discretionary refunds where there is evidence of abuse, unauthorized security testing, deliberate quota circumvention, fraudulent use or material breach of the Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
